Beautiful fine food in Bathurst. The only place in town you find food that is this creative and perfectly prepared. The service is friendly, casual and knowledgable. Highly recommend for date nights and shared group dinners - it's even perfect for a solo drink and small bite after work. Go on - Treat yo'self.

Fantastic, very friendly service, food is delicious

This restaurant/ bar has it all. The menu is inspired by grandmotherly comfort yet infused with a contemporary fine dining twist, it’s both nostalgic and inventive. Each dish feels like a nod to nanna’s secret recipes, elevated to the finest dining experience. We ordered an array of different dishes, each equally as enjoyable. The atmosphere is incredible and the cocktails are a vibe. The owner/ host is an absolute legend. He welcomes you like family, guiding you through the evening with a genuine warmth and passion, going above and beyond to create a memorable experience for everyone. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10. Our party of four had a wonderful evening on a Monday night at this newish establishment in Bathurst. We sat outside in the courtyard. Our host Michael was extremely engaging. Our server Ruby was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.And we tried several of their different varietal local wines. Overall, A most enjoyable evening during our three days in Bathurst. ????????????

Had the most lovely afternoon sitting in the sun in the beautiful courtyard, drinking cocktails and eating yummy food. The service was amazing, the food amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. 5 stars, will definitely be going back soon.

Norma Joan’s is a lovely dining experience especially on a warm evening where it is really pleasant to sit in the courtyard. The food is excellent - a thoughtful and creative menu using local produce. Service was attentive but not overbearing. All up, worth a try.

Honestly the best new food place in Bathurst!! The food & drink 10/10; the service 10/10; the atmosphere 10/10! Loved every second of the experience. After going to this restaurant and wine/cocktail bar, this is def a place I’ll be coming back too soon. When leaving they also said the menu is seasonal, so I’ll be back soon to see the new menu!
